
Mercury Keyholding and Response is a fully insured service operating 24 hours per day throughout the year, providing bespoke Keyholding and Response Services to clients in both the Public and Private sectors.
All Mercury Security Mobile Response vehicles are fitted with the latest GPS tracking systems. This ensures that our nearest patrol vehicle can be dispatched to attend your premises quickly and efficiently, day or night and with complete transparency.
All clients keys and alarm activation codes are held within our NSI Gold approved Command & Control Monitoring Centre or within secure vaults in our GPS tracked Mobile Response vehicles. All Mercury Security Keyholding and Response procedures comply with BS 7984.
• Keyholders must be capable of attending alarmed premises within 20 minutes of receiving notification that a Fire or Intruder Alarm has been activated.

• It is every employer’s duty to assess risks to lone workers and to take steps to control or eliminate such risks. Failure to comply may result in the employer being prosecuted under Corporate Manslaughter Legislation.

In the event of an alarm activation at your premises, the Mercury NSI Gold approved Command & Control Monitoring Centre will dispatch an experienced, SIA licensed and fully trained Response Officers to attend your premises and make a detailed inspection in accordance with the comprehensive site assignment instructions. The Response Officer will liaise with Police and the emergency services if necessary and will re-secure the property, providing a detailed report to you within 24 hours.
Alternatively, a member of the Mercury Security Mobile Response team will meet with your staff at the client premises following an alarm activation. Our Response Officer will assist your staff in carrying out an accompanied inspection of your premises, resolve any issues and re-secure the area. The Response Officer can complete all paperwork required for insurance or other purposes.
